Supplemental Insurance
Students are not required to have insurance to be seen at the Health Service. However, they are strongly encouraged to obtain supplemental health insurance to cover such services as emergency and hospital care, specialist care, laboratory care, and ambulance transport. We urge all students to check with their family insurance agent or consider obtaining a student insurance plan. To obtain a student insurance plan through the university, you can check with the reception desk of the University Health Service (346-4646).
