  1. Take quiz in D2L (open Monday, Oct 6 @ 12:01 a.m. until Sunday, Oct 12 @ Midnight).  The quiz will cover Chapter 4 and concepts on fitness and exercise presented in class this week.
  2. Look for ways to apply what you are learning and reading in intrinsic ways.
  3. Read Chapter 7.
